L'Antica Colonia is a charming 18th century villa in a superb location with breathtaking view on the Lake Orta.

Located in the small village of Crabbia, above the main town Pettenasco, the villa is definitely the ideal place for those who want to take a break and enjoy the silence of the natural environment, and is the starting point for interesting trips into nature and culture at any time of the year.

Its large terraces, its prestigious balconies and arcades with an enchanting view of the Lake Orta and the Island of San Giulio, wrapped in a magical atmosphere, almost of the old times, create the perfect location for a romantic and elegant wedding, certainly unique.

The four levels of the structure allow to use the large spaces, changing the static nature of the traditional wedding into a dynamic and funny event: the upper terrace, ideal for the welcome of the guests with a toast in front of a breathtaking view, the wine cellar, entirely excavated in the rock and still maintaining its original state, perfect for a buffet of appetizers while tasting some good wines, the pretty garden on the ground floor with its pergola of wisteria, ideal for the presentation of the wedding cake, the terrace on the first floor with its lovely wisteria tree, perfect for placing the tables and the open bar, together with good live music, of course. And again the lounge on the ground floor, which, in case of bad weather, allows the mise en place of a board room cleverly decorated by wedding planners. The optimum capacity is 40 people.

The villa, situated within a green area of 8.000 square meters., consists of four apartments in the main structure and a separate cottage. All apartments are fully equipped and can accommodate up to 14 people.
