We would recommend that you ask a few simple questions before taking the time to visit the venue and let alone book it!<\/p>\n

  1. Where is the venue located?<\/strong>
    \nThe venue must be situated in a convenient position, not too far away from the church that you have chosen for the ceremony or too far away from the airport where all your guests will be landing. Make sure it\u2019s not up a steep hill, difficult to reach for those who are not so athletic or those who are carrying babies.
    \nIf you are keen on a remote location, make sure it can accommodate all your guests for the night of the wedding (or that there is an alternative option nearby) so that they won\u2019t have to travel far after the     party<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Are you allowed to play music and dance until late?<\/strong>
    \nFind out whether there are any restrictions with regards to playing music and dancing. Some Villas have rooms full of antiques and the owners won\u2019t let you dance inside and some others are located in residential areas where music cannot be played after a certain time.<\/li>\n
  3. Will the venue be at your exclusive disposal?<\/strong>
    \nIf you are looking for privacy and fancy a unique     event<\/a>, do make sure that the Villa offers exclusive hire and that nobody else will be allowed access to the premises during your stay and especially during the event. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Is there enough room?<\/strong>
      \nCheck the capacity of the venue to understand what sort of party can be organised there. You need to confirm whether the Villa has a ballroom big enough to fit all your tables or whether the guests will need to sit in separate rooms. If you fancy a garden reception, request a marquee as the weather can be tricky even in Italy sometimes!<\/li>\n
    2. What\u2019s included?<\/strong>
      \nWhen it comes to booking the venue, request a full breakdown of the costs. This will help you figure out what else you need to add to the budget (flowers, torches, extra furniture, linen, music equipment and lighting, etc) and will prevent unpleasant surprises. Do not forget to clarify payment terms and conditions.<\/li>\n
    3. Where can you park?<\/strong>
      \nYou also may want to check whether the venue has a parking place for your guests in case they decide to hire a car and drive from the airport. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
