Melissa and Robert got married on an hot day of July. We were pleased to plan for them two ceremonies: a symbolic ceremony at Villa del Balbianello and a civil ceremony with legal value at the town hall in Lenno village.
They spent their Italian days in one of the most luxury Villas on Lake Como located in Cernobbio. Melissa and Robert decided to celebrate their marriage without any guests, in an absolute private context and we really have to admit that it has been very romantic!
Nicola Nesi and Elisabetta Redaelli were Melissa and Robert’s official photographers. They made an amazing job!
Getting ready in a luxury villa on Lake Como
Melissa and Robert got ready together, in a super luxury Villa in Cernobbio. As wedding planners we love reaching the couple before before the departure to Villa del Balbianello and even if photographers, videographers, hair and makeup stylists were already there, Melissa and Robert behave like there was nobody in their room.
Groom helped Melissa to tie her wonderful wedding dress and the bride, in turn a few placed groom’s buttonhole on Robert’s suit jacket. So sweet!
Once ready they reached private dock. A gorgeous wooden boat was waiting for them to leave to Balbianello for their symbolic ceremony on Lake Como.
An Intimate Ceremony at Villa del Balbianello
They crossed Villa gardens together and they separated just a few steps before the alter. As tradition wants, groom came first to wait for the bride to walk down the aisle. Melissa was absolutely beautiful and elegant. She reached the alter on the notes of tune of A Thousand Years played by violin solo. After the ceremony, they took the chance to have some special pictures in the gardens of Villa del Balbianello before reaching the boat to get to Lenno for the official civil ceremony.
We arranged a small aperitif on board with a very good bottle of dry Prosecco. The ideal on a summer day!
Officially married in Lenno!?
Melissa and Robert said the official yes in Lenno town hall.
?Soon after, they took some pictures by the lakeshore, before taking the boat back the Luxury Villa in Cernobbio for an early wedding cake cut.
A boat trip on Lake Como to reach a luxury villa
Photographers and the videographers were very excited as Melissa and Robert chose the perfect venues to capture all the best moments of their special day.
Luxury Villa staff arranged a small table in on private terrace, under a majestic tree, for an intimate wedding cake cut.
And after it bride and groom wanted to have a little break to spend some time by themselves, without wedding staff.
A romantic night cruise on Lake Como
There’s no happy ending without a night cruise on Lake Como!
We planned for Melissa and Robert a night a cruise with a boat proof dinner on board. What a wonderful way to celebrate a romantic intimate wedding on the lake!
Even if it was a little rainy evening, Melissa and Robert were very happy and excited. Photographers and videographers joined them on board to capture the last moments of their big day.

Iv’e seen some of the elopement packages on your website for the Lakes, more so the Lake como packages. I was just wanting to get some prices for this for just the bride and groom? we would be looking probably 2020 or 2021.
Obviously its just for us to get a rough idea of prices we will be looking at then we can decide on what packages best tailors our budget.
